The candidate will be assigned as a senior business development role at first, focusing on opening new client account from any insurance domain. Coping with our VP, the candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, coming up with proposals, selling our consulting service & closing deals, and managing contracts.

*Must haves:
– 15+ years of Consulting experience in Consulting Firm
– Having business development experience; generating new consulting opportunities, creating proposals and closing deals
– Deep understanding in IT solution or Consulting service proposed to any insurance client
– Designation: Senior Manager / Director level at the present / past firm
– Exceptional communication skill; strong facilitation and negotiation skills interfacing with senior stakeholders
– Proven documentation skill. Being able to translate abstract concepts into convincing and actionable story line
– Having any experience in selling a large-scaled consulting project (i.e. 100 M USD +)
– Native Japanese Level + Business level English
– Preferred to have team Management experience, such as managing a team of 10+ consultants
