■ロールの概要
・CapgeminiグローバルのSIサービスが日本に適用できるかどうか検証およびそのモデル検討。
具体的にはグローバルメンバにヒアリング・ディスカッションしながら現地サービス調査、日本企業への適用モデル検討・ギャップ検証を行う

■望ましい要件 ・経験
・主流となるPKG・ITサービス（現在だとSAPがメインと想定）に関する下記の知識、実績
– 製品概要、機能・仕様など。 特にSAP ECC（基本的には全般だが更に絞るならFI、CO）だと望ましい
– IT導入に関する構想／要件定義／開発／導入／展開の一連のプロセス経験
・ITマネジメント関するビジネスコンサルティングの知識、経験
・海外オフィスネイティブメンバとの協業経験
・SAP グローバルロールインプロジェクトにおけるPM経験
・外資系企業における日本市場のスタートアップ・市場開拓経験

■言語力
・日本語：ネイティブ
・英語：ビジネス上級レベル
ネイティブメンバとの調整・交渉等が多く発生します

◆Role summary
-To examine and review whether SI service of Capgemini Global and its model can be applicable to Japan
-Discuss with global members to examine the local services and consider the applicable model for Japanese companies including executing gap analysis.

◆Required skill sets and experience
Following knowledge and experience in Package, IT services ;
– Product outline, function, and spec. Preferably SAP ECC (to be more specified, FI and CO)
– Experience in full cycle process for IT implementation – framework, requirement definition, development, implementation and delivery
– Experience and knowledge in business consulting for IT management
– Experience in working with global members
– Experience in Project Manager role with global SAP roll-in project knowledge
– Experience in market development and start-up for foreign-affiliated companies in Japanese market

◆Language skills
– Native Japanese
– Advanced Business English – can coordinate and negotiate with native speakers
