The candidate will be assigned as a senior project manager in a large scale post merger system integration program, focusing on IT Operations and System Infrastructure related projects. The candidate will act as an advisor to the client’s infrastructure director, defining overall project direction and managing delivery under multi vendor environment. The candidate will also be the onsite representative for commercials; responsible for identifying new opportunities, coming up with proposals and managing contracts.

*Must haves:
– 10+ year Consulting experience in Consulting Firm focusing on IT related projects
– Deep understanding in IT infrastructure related projects and IT operation reengineering / implementation projects
– Designation: Senior Manager / Director level at the present / past firm
– Exceptional communication skill; strong facilitation and negotiation skills interfacing with senior stakeholders
– Proven documentation skill. Being able to translate abstract concepts into convincing and actionable story line
– Large scale project/program (i.e. approx. 100 M USD +) experience as a program manager / PMO Lead role
– Native Japanese Level + Business level English
*Nice to haves: – Financial Industry system implementation project experience; especially in Insurance Industry
– Project management experience in IT Service Management projects using industry standards such as ITIL and COBIT
– Project management experience in IT Infrastructure implementation projects (i.e. Server hardware replacement, ID management system, VDI, etc. )
– Project management experience in IT Business Application implementation projects (i.e. ERP, Insurance policy management systems, etc.)
– Team Management experience; managing a team of 10+ consultants
– Business development experience; generating new consulting opportunities, creating proposals and closing deals
